Case Study: US Bank Sales Rally - 2005

2005 Challenge:

  1. To motivate 3000 people at 4 one-and-a-half-day events to sell a series of new and exciting products
  2. To continue building a cohesive team through teambuilding and team presentations
  3. To encourage competition
  4. To keep the group involved and energized throughout the one-and-a-half daylong events.

Solution:

Rave Reviews consulted with US Bank to determine their message and theme and created a series of live theatrical sketches and songs that supported the bank’s message. These songs and sketches surrounded the speakers, bringing added energy and vitality to the meeting. Rave Reviews also incorporated two teambuilding events into the meeting format.

Results:

The creative inspiration and collaboration of our key partners, Rave Reviews and Fogarty Services, have taken this event to the next level of professionalism (and we want to keep it there for a while!). Nothing was impossible and everything was met with a cheery "sure we can do that". If anyone ever embodied Five Star Service it is these two great partners.  Their teams brought our ideas to life in the most amazing ways and for that we are all grateful...(.I think they have agreed to participate again next year!]

2006 Challenge:

To meet the same challenges of 2005 without requiring 3,000 people to travel to the meeting.

Solution:

Meeting In a Box

Again, Rave Reviews consulted with US Bank to find out about their message and theme. We again created a series of theatrical sketches and songs to support US Bank’s message. However, in 2006, instead of a live theatrical production, the presentation was recorded to video and sent to their branch offices. A teambuilding activity was also included on the DVD for employee participation.

We call it Meeting in a Box, a DVD that includes all the important aspects of your meeting: topical information, entertainment, teambuilding, audience interaction, pauses for live speakers to incorporate their specific messages – all the aspects that bring a meeting to life without the hassle of long distance travel.

Results: I just finished watching the edit and it is absolutely amazing!
