Case Study: Xcel Energy Leadership Meeting Minneapolis

Challenge

Xcel Energy’s objective was to insure that the many new messages and objectives communicated to their leadership came across loud and clear. They also wanted the audience to stay alert and energized throughout the day-long meeting…as some of the topics, although very important, were not presentation friendly.

Solution:

Rave Reviews helped Xcel Energy format the meeting so that each speaker was introduced by Rave Reviews in an entertaining, musical way. Following each person’s speech, Rave Reviews presented a song/sketch that supported the specific message of the speaker. Similar to a commercial, the follow-up song summarized the important points of each speech…a sort of double whammy. The audience left singing the important messages of the day.
