How do you develop a theme for our event?
The first step is to identify what you want to accomplish. We take your ideas and marry them with several key parameters including the goals of your event, the size and make-up of your group, the location of the event, and your budget. Then our creative team begins developing potential themes to meet your needs. You or your designated staff participate with us throughout the process and approve the theme, the script and all associated activities as they are developed. Your only surprise with Rave Reviews will be the level of success of your event and the response of your audience.
How much lead time do you need?
To produce an original customized theatrical presentation we like to have thirty to sixty days to explore, create, and rehearse. If you are under time constraints we will work with you to meet your requirements. Most of our teambuilding events require less customization and while a little planning time is also necessary, we can respond very quickly.
Do you suggest that our executives participate in our theatrical productions?
Absolutely. We strongly encourage management participation. Employees love to see their leaders on stage and involved. This participation humanizes management and serves to validate the goals of the event. We have developed easy, non-stressful activities for executives, and since their time is so limited, we only need 30-45 minutes prior to the event to rehearse.
Some of our people don't like to participate in teambuilding events. How can you help?
